Mary Pat Jourdain (née Sky; 21 September 1891? – 4 May 2006) was a Canadian supercentenarian claimant whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Mary Pat Jourdain claimed to have been born in Seine River First Nation, Ontario, Canada on 21 September 1891. Her parents were William and Azwanigotok Sky. Her mother died when she was young, so she was raised by her grandparents. Allegedly, her grandfather lived to be 115.
She married Patrick Jourdain. The couple adopted five children: three daughters and two sons. She was widowed in 1956.
On her 108th claimed birthday in 1999, she had 18 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 25 great-great-grandchildren, and two great-great-great-grandchildren.
Mary Pat Jourdain died in Atikokan, Ontario, Canada on 4 May 2006 at the claimed age of 114 years, 225 days.
