Mattie Cisrow

Mattie Mae Cisrow (née Thomas; 30 May 1905 – 3 March 2016) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Biography[]

Mattie Cisrow was born in Morgan, Georgia on 30 May 1905, the fifth of 11 children of Clyde and Gussey Thomas.

She worked as a chef at the Hob Nob (now Cocoa Village).

She married Clarence Cisrow in 1922. The couple had three children. She was widowed in 1985.

She had six grandchildren (including Cathy Evans) and 13 great-grandchildren (including Kandyce, Kirche and Khalia Hall).

Mattie Cisrow died in Cocoa, Florida on 3 March 2016 at the age of 110 years, 247 days.
