Mercedes Cebrian Asin [Spanish: Mercedes Cebrián Asín] (3 April 1912 – 9 November 2023) was a Spanish supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) 2022. She was the oldest known living person in Community of Madrid at the time of her death.

Mercedes Cebrian Asin was born in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain on 26 March 1912.
In March 2022, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
She became the oldest known living person in Community of Madrid, following the death of 110-year-old Maria Angeles Uhler Terres on 30 March 2022.
Mercedes Cebrian Asin died in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain on 9 November 2023 at the age of 111 years, 220 days.
