Miho Kumagai [Japanese: 熊谷美穂] (20 October 1912 – fl.15 September 2024) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Miho Kumagai was born in Japan on 20 October 1912.
In October 2022, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
In September 2023, she was reported as the oldest living person in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture.
Miho Kumagai was last confirmed alive in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, on 15 September 2024 at the age of 111 years, 331 days.
