Mildred Irene Dickinson (née Hurley; 26 January 1906 – 21 February 2016) was an American supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) on 24 April 2018.
Biography[]
Mildred Dickinson was born in Palmyra, New York, USA on 26 January 1906. Her parents were Egbert Hurley and Maude (née Barrett) Hurley. She had 12 siblings.
She married William John Dickinson in Wayne County, New York on 18 June 1929. The couple had four children: Janice Smith, Challice Compton (1934–1997), Judith Ciccio and Dallas Dickinson. She was widowed in 1977.
Mildred Dickinson died in Ontario, New York, USA on 21 February 2016 at the age of 110 years, 26 days. She is survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
