Minnie Lee Davenport (neé Daves; 21 March 1885 – 19 January 1996) was a validated American supercentenarian.
Biography[]
She was born as Minnie Lee Daves in Georgia, United States as the daughter of Willis Alexander Daves and Mary Morris (neé Reid) Daves. She married Herman Davenport. The couple had five children. She was widowed in 1964.
There was also a history of longevity in her family: her father lived to be 90, her mother lived to be 89, her sister lived to be 97 (almost 98) and her paternal grandmother lived to be 91. In addition, her son James Adam Davenport (1923–2017) lived to be 93.
Minnie Davenport died in Georgia, United States on 19 January 1996 at the age of 110 years, 304 days.
