Mireille Brun (née Valdenaire; 18 September 1912 – 3 May 2023) was a French supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2022.

Biography[]

Mireille Brun was born as Mireille Valdenaire in Ermont, Val-d'Oise, Ile-de-France, France on 18 September 1912.

Brun lived with her daughter and son-in-law until a few months before her 110th birthday in September 2022, when it was decided that she would move into a retirement home. In September 2022, she celebrated her 110th birthday.

Mireille Brun died at the retirement home EHPAD des Cordelieres in Les Ponts-de-Ce, Maine-et-Loire, Pays de la Loire, France on 3 May 2023 at the age 110 years, 227 days. At the time of her death, she was the oldest known living woman in Maine-et-Loire department, and the second-oldest known living person in Maine-et-Loire department, behind Andre Ludwig.
