Narcisa Cardona Martinez claimed to have been born in Mexico on 11 November 1909. In November 2019, she celebrated her claimed 110th birthday. At time, she had many children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.

Narcisa Cardona Martinez died in El Porvenir, Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca, on May 2021.
