Norma Kirk (née Terrell; 7 June 1906 – 17 June 2016) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of her death, she was the oldest known person in Oklahoma.
Biography[]
Norma Kirk was born in Carbon, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, USA on 7 June 1906. Her parents were Henry Terrell and Lucy (née Washington) Terrell.
She married Odell Kirk on 28 March 1922 in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. The couple had nine children: Lucille, Marie, Maxine (1926–2003), Ernestine, Elsie, Yvonne (1933–2008), Leroy, William, and Wanda. She was widowed in 1971.
Norma Kirk died in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA on 17 June 2016, at the age of 110 years, 10 days.
