Pan Qiurong [Chinese: 潘秋容] (7 January/31 December 1909 – 6 January 2021) was a Chinese-Singaporean supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Pan Qiurong claimed to have been born between 7 January and 31 December 1909 in Hainan Province, China. Widowed at a young age, she emigrated to Singapore with her son to take refuge near of her parents.
Pan was previously physically strong. Her son died in 2014 from pneumonia; being sad, she began to have dementia. In 2015, she became bedridden. Her grandson, Zhao Pixiong [Chinese: 赵丕雄] (aged 50 in 2021) is a professor.
Pan died on 6 January 2021 in Singapore, at the claimed age of 111 years, 6-365 days.
