R. T. was born in Nimy, Hainaut, Belgium on 18 January 1910. She celebrated her 111th birthday in January 2021.
R. T. died in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Brussels, Belgium on 21 February 2021, at the age of 111 years, 34 days. She was the second-oldest known living person in the country after Julia Van Hool, and the oldest living person in Brussels.
