Ricardo Smith Santibanez (born 3 April 1911) is a Chilean supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). He has been the oldest known living man in Chile since the death of Manuel Benavente Sanhueza on 21 March 2021.

He later married a second time to Margarita Santibanez Sanchez (1890-1965), producing their son, Ricardo, who was born when Philip was 67.
