Rufino Roadel (10 April 1907? – fl.17 September 2020) was a Filipino supercentenarian claimant whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). If his claimed age is true, he may be the oldest man ever from the Philippines, and the oldest living man from the world when he went to limbo.

Rufino Roadel claimed to have been born in the Philippines on 10 April 1907. He married a woman named Rosalina.
In April 2016, Roadel lived in a poorly maintained house. Some time between 2016 and 2018, he moved to a community based residential area.
Roadel was last known to be alive on 17 September 2020 at the claimed age of 113 years, 160 days. At that time, he lived in Calaguay, Naga, Camarines Sur, Philippines.
