Ruth Adler (née Pease) (11 January 1905 – 12 March 2016) was an American supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group on 15 September 2018. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, USA, on 11 January 1905. She was the youngest of five children. Her father owned a hardware store. She married Sydney Adler but the couple had no children.
Adler spent her entire life in Chicago. When she turned 50, she started a market research firm in her den and retired at 89. That firm, Adler Weiner Research, remains open and includes four locations in Illinois and California.
Adler died on 12 March 2016 at the age of 111 years, 61 days. [1][2]
