Sahae Kawabata [Japanese: 河端サハヱ] (3 September 1905 – 30 April 2017) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2021.

Sahae Kawabata was born in Japan on 3 September 1905.
Kawabata died in Shikokuchuo, Ehime Prefecture, Japan on 30 April 2017 at the age of 111 years, 239 days. At the time of her death, she was the second-oldest living person in Ehime Prefecture behind Osugi Sogo.
