Salvatore Caruso (2 November 1905 – 22 December 2015) was an Italian supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of his death, he was the oldest known living man in Italy.

Salvatore Caruso was born in Molochio, Calabria, Italy on 2 November 1905.

Caruso was believed to have became the oldest living man in Italy following the death of Arturo Licata on 24 April 2014. He turned 110 on 2 November 2015 as the 13th Italian man known to do so.

Salvatore Caruso died in Molochio, Calabria, Italy on 22 December 2015, at the age of 110 years, 50 days. His successor as Italy's oldest man was Valerio Piroddi, who was 11 days younger.
