Sarah Jane Humphrey (25 February 1847 – 28 May 1955) was a British centenarian and the oldest living person in the United Kingdom at the time of her death.

Sarah Jane Humphrey was born on 25 February 1847 in England, United Kingdom. She became the oldest person in the UK following the death of 107-year-old Margaret Lunn of Cheltenham on 2 June 1953 (Coronation Day). Julia Gray (1847–1954) put forward a rival claim to be oldest in the UK, but she was 24 days younger.
Humphrey was reported to be very frail by the time of her 107th birthday. She died on 28 May 1955 in Reigate, Surrey, England, UK, aged 108 years, 92 days. Her successor was Caroline Beale, of Wallington (also Surrey).
