Sata Mizukami [Japanese: 水上さた] (26 March 1912-27 November 2024) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age validation by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She was the oldest living person in Nagano Prefectureat the time of her death.
Biography[]
Sata Mizukami was born in Sakuho, Nagano Prefecture, Japan on 26 March 1912 as the second daughter among six siblings.
In March 2022, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
In September 2023, she was reported as the oldest living person in Nagano Prefecture.
Sata Mizukami currently died in Sakuho, Nagano, Japan at the age of 112 years, 246 days.
