Secundina Rivera Cumba (9 August 1907 – 15 December 2017) was a Puerto Rican supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of her death, she was the oldest known living person in Puerto Rico.

Secundina Rivera Cumba was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico on 9 August 1907.
She became the oldest known living person in Puerto Rico, following the death of 112-year-old Amparo Cora de Santiago on 2 January 2016.
Secundina Rivera Cumba died in Caguas, Puerto Rico on 15 December 2017 at the age of 110 years, 128 days. Following her death, then 109-year-old Emilio Flores Marquez became the oldest known living person in Puerto Rico.
