Shikazo Mada [Japanese: 馬田鹿蔵] (21 January/19 February 1852 - 8 September 1959) was a Japanese centenarian who was the oldest (known) living person in Japan at the time of his death.
Biography[]
Mada was born in Japan, sometime between 21 January and 19 February 1852. On 15 December 1958, became the oldest (known) living person in Japan, following the death of Tome Yoshida.
Mada died in Kitanomachi, Fukuoka, Japan, on 8 September 1959, at the age of 107 years, 201-230 days.
