Simona Hoyo Ruiz (18 February 1912 – 12 October 2022) was a Spanish supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2023. At the time of her death, she was the oldest known living person in Castilla-La Mancha.

Simona Hoyo Ruiz was born in Villar del Humo, Cuenca, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain on 18 February 1912.
Hoyo Ruiz became the oldest known living person in Castilla-La Mancha, following the death of 110-year-old Felipe Juzgado Herranz on 26 April 2021. In February 2022, she celebrated her 110th birthday.
Simona Hoyo Ruiz died in Villar del Humo, Cuenca, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain on 12 October 2022, at the age of 110 years, 236 days.
