It is 'claimed birth 7 October 1898', not 'claimed born 7 October 1898'. 'Claimed to be born on 7 October 1898' could work though. Richard Monkey (talk) 15:43, October 8, 2015 (UTC)

I disagree. While "claimed to be born on Oct 7 1898" is grammatically correct, you need to consider the context: the information given isn't supposed to be in a sentence format, but a summary format.

As for birth vs born, the issue here isn't a one-time birth and that's it, so "claimed birth" doesn't sound right, but how about "claimed date of birth Oct 7 1898" as an acceptable compromise.Ryoung122 (talk) 19:15, October 8, 2015 (UTC)

Protection level increased[]

I have increased the protection level on this page to block "new and unregistered users", due in part to the Gerontology Wiki vandal's obsession with this case.Ryoung122 (talk) 15:36, November 30, 2015 (UTC)
