Tanzo Hotta [Japanese: 堀田丹藏] (8 February 1906 – 13 November 2015) was a Japanese centenarian.
Biography
Tanzo Hotta was born on 8 February 1906 in Japan. Following the death of 109-year-old Tsunekichi Yokoki (of Suita), he became the oldest living man in Osaka Prefecture.
Tanzo Hotta died in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan, on 13 November 2015, at the age of 109 years, 278 days. Following his death, then-107-year-old Shigetaro Hirosue (of Ikeda) became the oldest living man in Osaka Prefecture.
