Teodora "Dora" Cea Bermejo (1 April 1912 – 31 October 2024) was a Spanish supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in September 2023.
Biography[]
Teodora Cea Bermejo was born in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Community of Madrid, Spain on 1 April 1912. In April 2022, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Following the death of Mercedes Cebrian Asin on 9 November 2023, she became the oldest known living person in the Community of Madrid.
Cea Bermejo died in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Community of Madrid, Spain, on 31 October 2024 at the age of 112 years, 213 days. At the time of her death, she was the second-oldest known living person in Spain, after Piedad Loriente Perez.
