María Teresa Gauchia Simo (15 May 1906 – 25 May 2017) was a Spanish supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2020.
Biography[]
Teresa was born in Benlloch, Castello, Spain on 18 May 1906. She married Antonio Mars Quintana. They had four children. Her husband passed away in 1938 during a military action. All of her children have since died.
She died on 25 May 2017 in San Antonio Abad, Villahermosa del Río, Castellón, Spain at the age of 111 years, 10 days.
