Theresa May "Thresa" Emanuel (née Klodt; 14 October 1877 – 6 May 1988) was an Iowan woman, who at the time of her death was the oldest known living person in Iowa. She was born in Milton, Van Buren, Iowa on 14 October 1877 as the daughter of Anthony Klodt and Caroline Knecht. She married George Emanuel in Milton on 31 October 1901 and had three children: Winnifred, William and Dennis. She lived in Iowa for her whole life. Thresa Emanuel died in Ottumwa, Iowa on 6 May 1988, aged 110 years, 205 days.
