Viktor Albin Mattsson (13 January 1880 – 15 May 1985) was a centenarian from the Finnish autonomous region of Aland Islands.
Biography[]
Viktor Mattsson was born in Boda, Hammarland, Åland Islands, Russian Empire (now Finland), on 1 January 1880. His parents were Matts Ålund and Erika Charlotta Johansdotter. He married Ingrid Adolfina Mattsson and they had two children: Nils Ossian Mattsson (1919 - 1928) and Ruth Adele Mattsson (1920 - 1999). Viktor Mattson died in Svartsmara, Finström, Åland Islands, Finland, on 15 May 1985 at the age of 105 years, 122 days. He is the oldest known man ever from the Finnish autonomous region of Aland Islands.
