Yoshi Tanaka [Japanese: 田中ヨシ] (17 April 1900 – 12 July 2011) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Yoshi Tanaka was born in Japan on 17 April 1900. She had four daughters.
Tanaka enjoyed eating fruits, with pears being her favorite. In April 2010, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Yoshi Tanaka died in a nursing home in Hagi, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, on 12 July 2011, at the age of 111 years, 86 days.
